Q: How long can I keep my pillows?
A: Each subscription period is for a three month time frame.
Q: Do pillow inserts come with each pillow cover?
A: No, you are only renting pillow covers. Inserts are sold separately.
We recommend these inserts:

Q: What happens if I lose or damage an item?
A: We get it, wear and tears happen.
However, all members are responsible for any lost or irreplaceable damages. All of our pillow covers ship to you in great condition. Pillow Addict reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear.
Q: How do I return my items?
A: We will send you a return label at the end of your rental period.
Q: How do I update my billing information?
A: To update your billing information please email our customer service at info@pillowaddict.com
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can easily change or cancel your subscription after your rental commitment is over. This can be done by contacting us at info@pillowaddict.com before the next quarterly rental cycle begins.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged on the first of every month until you choose to cancel your subscription service.
Q: Can I buy your pillow covers?
A: Please email our customer service team at info@pillowaddict.com
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Your order will arrive the first week of every quarter.
Q: Do you have late fees?
A: If your pillow covers are not returned by the requested return date, you will be charged a late fee of $35. If by the 15th of the month you haven’t returned your covers you’ll be charged a full month’s rental fee going forward.
Q: How will I be billed each month for my membership?
A: Members are charged a membership price on a monthly basis. Memberships are automatically renewed and you will be billed on the first of the month to your payment method on file. Your membership will not expire unless you contact us and choose to cancel.
Q: How are garments cleaned, including to prevent the spread of viruses such as COVID-19?
A: Every pillow cover is professionally dry cleaned for sanitation and inspected for wear and tear. They are then sealed in their own individual plastic bag so you know they are ready to be used again.
